Delivery and Shipping Policy / Self Collection Policy

Aerahaus SEA, Singapore, currently ships to any street address in Singapore. We are also able to ship overseas to other countries in the world including the SouthEast Asia region as well. To find more out courier delivery shipping services and rates, please include a note to inform us the area and preferred destination of shipping. For other countries out of Singapore, feel free to write to us at support@smartaerahaus.com and we will do our best to assist your needs.

Currently, orders are shipped with both external courier services, such as NinjaVan which includes tracking services, as well as our in house support and delivery team.
You may also contact us by writing to us at support@smartaerahaus.com to find out more about the status of your parcel, or self collecting your parcel at a designated location.

Delivery and Transport

Currently, your online purchase comes with a one time free delivery and shipping option to most street address locally in Singapore. Products bought online on http://www.smartaerhaus.com will also be subjected to a 1 - 3 days delivery lead time, depending on process and delivery time. Once a purchase is made, a tracking number will be issued to you and you can track your orders at ninjavan.sg, or write to us at support@smartaerahaus.com to track the status of your shipment.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO DELIVERIES MADE ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. If the stated delivery schedule happens to fall on sundays or public holidays, we reserved the rights to bring forward, or backward the delivery by a maximum of 3 working days.

If in any case, you require an urgent delivery with less than 12 hours of waiting time, please do write to us in advance so that we can advise you on our priority delivery service. Additional Charges may apply using priority delivery service*

30 Days Return Policy

For a limited period of time, enjoy 30 days free returns on items bought on http://www.smartaerahaus.com, by Aerahaus SEA Singapore! Any parcel in its original unopened packaging not found to be tampered or opened with, will be eligible to be returned within 30 days of receipt. To process a return, please email us at support@smartaerahaus.com, to coordinate a return request with your item serial number and proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the item in its original packaging condition, we will issue a refund to the credit card used to make the original payment.

PLEASE NOTE : An international power adaptor is normally issued with the tado smart home AC control for overseas, commercial usage. (Please do state if you intend to use your tado smart devices for local, residential use in Singapore for the local charge adaptor.) Please input : #homeuse or #commercial.etc
Aerahaus, reserves the right to issue an international adaptor or local adaptor preference if no particular request is stated. There shall be no refunds or exchange made if no requests were being stated during the purchase.
